The pictures below show laminate job i done in feb 2010. The laminate is quickstep Largo colour grey vintage oak, they are extra long planks (2 meters in total) and extra wide with v grooves all around. Rooms done where lounge and a dining area total 40 sm. Job price included underlay, laminate, beading, rad rings, doors bar, fitting of 4 deck lights running cables underlay floor boards and fitting of laminate. Total of completed job was £1300

Pic 1 shows the decking lights that fitted at the end of the room, cables where run under the floor boards to a junction box. Cables showen in corner where for electrician to finish of and connect to power supply. once finished all cables where put under the floor boards so no unsightly cables where left on show.
The pictures below are of an engineered oak wood fitted in a house in muswell hill. The customer had already purchased the engineered oak 1 strip made by greenkett and required a fitting only services, the charge for this was £12 per square meter. Work undertaken on the job, was cut out architraves at the bottom around the door, so wood goes under them and beading fits neatly , fit underlay , fit wood , fit door bars and fit beading
The pictures below are of a sisal Natura Elbrus Sisal, Style: Super Panama, Colour: Beige, fitted in a house in collyweston . The customer required three bedrooms, landing and two stairs fitted, they had already purchase the sisal so required a fitting only services, the charge for this was £7.50 per square meter including glue. Work undertaken on the job included , fitting gripper, underlay, door bars glue and fitting and glueing sisal to rooms, landing and stairs
The picture below are of a living and dinning room fitted with a complete solid wood floor system for youre home. The wood is a solid rustic oak manufactured by elka. We used a Low density foam underlay with pre-cut slots into which we used SikaBond T53 Adhesive which bonds the wood directly to the sub floor. The picture below are of a conservatory fitted with Quadra quickstep flooring colour Trento, with white beading. The fitting rate was £7.5psm which included the fitting of the beading, The quadra was fitted in a brick fashion and is fitted so that the tiles on oppsits wall is the same size this makes the finished floor look just like a real tiled floor, but with out the mess, time spent fitting, then not being able to walk on it for hours and then having to grout the tiles, when the quadra was finished and ready for furinture in under two hours

Picture 2 shos the finished wood when the architraves are under cut and the wood slid underk this is done on all wood job be it a laminate or a real wood. It also shows the finish of the beading to the end of the architraves so there are no gaps, we dont uses filler any where on our jobs. Picture 3 is of a vinyl is a small bathroom.
